Belarus participates in the first China International Import Expo from 5 until 10 November 2018, which is unprecedented the world event.

The National Agency of Investment and Privatization is a participant of the exhibition as part of the national country stand of Belarus. 300 country forums, business matchmaking sessions, product presentations, conferences and seminars are planned at the China International Import Expo. The overall exhibition area of the Belarusian stands is 778 sq. m. The participants will have the opportunity to discover trade and economic, investment, scientific and technical, historic and culture potential of Belarus. More than 80 Belarusian companies will present their export potential in trade, investment, innovation, healthcare, tourism, culture and education sectors.

NAIP will hold daily presentations on the investment climate, doing business conditions, perspective projects for investing in the Republic of Belarus. The preliminary time of the presentation is from 12:00 a.m. until 01:00 p.m daily. China is a significant world business partner of Belarus, with which further development and strengthening of partnership is planned, as well as establishing of new contacts.

On November 7, Belarus-China forum will be held within the exhibition.

The “Export and innovation potential of Belarus”, “Favorable investment climate of Belarus – the ground for success partnership”, “Attractiveness of tourism, education and healthcare services in Belarus” sections will function during the forum. The National Agency of Investment and Privatization (NAIP) acts as a moderator of the investment section of the forum 

Nikolay Snopkov, Deputy Head of Belarus president Administration, Kirill Rudy, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to China, and the leadership of the Commerce Ministry of the People’s Republic of China will participate in the official opening of the forum.

The venue is the National Convention and Exhibition Center.
