On January 16, 2018, a tender will be held for the sale of shares of Kvasevichi feather-down factory JSC, located at: Kvasevichi, Highway, 2.

99.7% of the statutory fund of shares is offered for sale, with a nominal value of 0.02 rubles each. The initial price of shares offered for sale is 1 380 000 rub.

The winner of the competition is granted a payment installment with settlement of the initial payment in the amount of at least 30% of the selling price of the shares, the remaining amount - monthly in equal shares with indexation of payments on the basis of indices of producer prices for industrial products of industrial and technical design calculated and published by the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus.

The contract of purchase and sale of shares based on the results of the tender is concluded within 20 calendar days from the date of its holding.

Applications for participation in the tender with the attached documents are accepted until January 5, 2018 inclusive at:, Office 320, Lenina Street 44, Ivatsevichi on working days from 8.00 to 17.00.
