The round table "International legal practice of working with foreign investors and opportunities to improve the investment attractiveness of the Republic of Belarus" was held in Fanipol atCJSC Stadler Minsk.

During the event, the examples of successfulinjection of foreign investment in the economy of Belarus were discussed, as well as proposals to increase the international investment attractiveness of the country, to improve legislation in the field of foreign economic activity. The round table was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Economy, NAIP, the Ministry of Industry, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the State Property Committee, business circles and business entities.

She stressed that the work to improve investment legislation, improve the investment attractiveness of the country continues. "As early as 2017, a working group of the Council of Ministers with the participation of deputies of the House of Representatives and the business community formed a plan of actions to improve the investment climate in Belarus, the plan was drawn up for 2017 and 2018. In addition, it is envisaged to define in the document a set of targets based on competitive sectors for attracting investments and a clear plan of actions to achieve them. It is also planned to identify the responsible departments and organizations for each area of ​​action.
