The 7th Eastern Economic Forum 2022 will take place on September 5–8, 2022 in Vladivostok on the Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU) campus.


The Eastern Economic Forum is a key international platform for establishing and strengthening ties within the Russian and global investment communities, and for comprehensive expert evaluation of the economic potential of the Russian Far East, the investment opportunities it offers, and business conditions within advanced special economic zones.


Events at the Forum traditionally take place in the form of panel sessions, roundtables, televised debates, business breakfasts, and business dialogues devoted to Russia’s relationships with various countries.


 Results of the EEF-2021:

  • In 2021, the Eastern Economic Forum was attended by more than 4,000 participants and media representatives from 58 countries.
  • The most numerous delegations were from the Republic of Korea, Japan, India, China, Kazakhstan.
  • More than 400 CEO took part in the forum.


Exhibitions in several formats are planned for EEF-2022:
  • The ‘Welcome to the Far East’ exhibition of the federal executive authorities
  • The ‘Far East Street’ exhibition


 ‘Far East Street’ exhibition is a unique place for leading Russian and international professionals in economics, public administration, and the Russian and Asia-Pacific region business communities to come together.


The objectives of the exhibition are to demonstrate the achievements of the uniqueness of culture, customs, cuisine of the regions of the Russian Far East; strengthening economic and humanitarian ties with partner countries; development of tourism.


The II International Tiger Forum 2022 will also be held on the fields of the Forum.
The Forum will bring together heads of state, representatives of relevant government ministries and agencies, academics, and international experts on the protection of endangered species.
