Investment proposal: purchase of “EKZON-GLUKOZA”

National Agency of Investment and Privatization and the Drogichin district executive committee are looking for a strategic investor for the “EKZON-GLUKOZA” development project.

“Ekzon-Glukoza” is the only producer of starch molasses, glucose and maltose syrups, corn starch, raw and dry corn feed in Belarus. The enterprise is located 5 km away from the M10 highway Gomel-Brest and in close proximity to railway lines, it has 42 ha of land along with the necessary communications, including high- and low-pressure gas pipelines and a substation with 6,3 MW load capacity (free capacity – 4,3 MW).

In 2000 – 2010, an investment project of enterprise modernization was implemented to improve the production technology of high-quality molasses which is now being processed using a biotechnological method.

The participation of a strategic investor in the company’s development project will allow to renew/modernize the equipment, increase production capacities, launch R&D initiatives, as well as expand the “Ekzon-Glukoza” products line for the food industry and agriculture in Belarus and foreign countries.
