Brest Regional Executive Committee proposes to purchase shares of twenty-four enterprises of the region working in the spheres of industry, trade, agriculture, rendering services.

Mostly we are talking about controlling blocks of shares and above. Detailed information on the activities of these joint-stock companies and the amount of the block of shares proposed for sale are available on the website of Brest Regional Executive Committee. 

In addition, specialists are ready to consider proposals for the development of other joint-stock companies with a share of communal property, information about which is also available on the website of the Regional Executive Committee.

Individuals have the right to purchase shares, including individual entrepreneurs, foreign citizens and stateless persons, legal entities of the Republic of Belarus, with the exception of state organizations and business entities, in the statutory funds of which the number of shares (share size) belonging to the Republic of Belarus or its administrative -territorial units exceeds 50 percent, foreign states and their administrative-territorial units, international organizations, foreign legal entities, as well as foreign organizations, which are not legal persons.
